Parts Business Department technology

All personnel in the department could conduct 3D planning and they are sent on dispatch duties to LG Electronics to transfer the knowhow to the research center so the molding structure that could maximum efficiency could be applied from the production of press. As such, based on our work capacity that is differentiated from other companies, we have conducted planning to mass production for new models of washing machine and pedestal and delivered them to LG Electronics as OEM.

We have patents related to surface scratch processing equipment, metal sheet carrier, multi-layer mold device and possess our own mold production technology for all parts from washing machine to automobiles. With cheap mold costs and our high efficiency and completeness, LG Electronic mold GR is sending love calls for mold production and renovation.
